1. All projects we carry out are made for individual orders, according to the client's guidelines. We don't have furniture and kitchen accessories on stock.
2. According to the law, goods made to custom order aren't refundable.
3. Derogations from point 2:
- Goods arrived to the customer damaged. The basis for the return is a written damage report with the driver or courier who delivered the piece of furniture / item.
- The product has a hidden defect. A hidden defect should be reported immediately, within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
4. The customer is obliged to unpack the furniture with a wooden table within 7 days from the date of its receipt and to store the furniture at room temperature.
5. Each of our products is covered by a 2-year warranty. During this time, when the furniture is damaged (the situations listed in point 6 are a deviation), we make a free repair or replacement of the product with a new one.
6. Situations in which a piece of furniture will not be covered by a warranty repair or replacement with a new one:
- There is no written damage report when receiving the furniture / product from the driver / courier.
- Storage of a piece of furniture or a wooden object at a temperature other than room temperature.
- Setting the furniture in the immediate vicinity of a radiator or other heat source.
- Any mechanical damage (fall, impact, etc.).
- Bad wood conservation. Failure to comply with the maintenance rules on the leaflet attached to the furniture. Not using the resources recommended on the leaflet for daily wood care.
- Water flooding the furniture.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Payment
Payment methods: Pay Pal, Bank Transfer.
Shipping
1. The online store sells products via the Internet.
2. Orders are accepted via the Internet. To place an order, complete the order form. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail message that the order has arrived at the store.
3. Please send us your phone number. It's necessary for shipping.
4. The product is available in the online store until we receive payment from the buyer.
5. Delivery time is indicated on the page of each product.
6. A bill is attached to each order.
7. Time of receipt of the shipment = delivery time + shipping delivery time.
8. The ordered goods (small wooden items) are sent via courier.
9. The ordered goods (furniture) are sent by internal transport. Warning! The driver doesn't bring furniture to the flat / house.
10. It's possible to collect personal goods, after setting the date. Contact us.
11. The implementation and shipment of personal orders is set individually for each client.
12. Cancellation of the order is possible within 24 hours of placing the order and making the payment before the order is forwarded for execution.
13. The shop presents illustrative pictures of products. Solid wood countertops will be different from those in the picture, which results from the specificity of the material, which is wood. The appearance, shade and size of kitchen accessories will slightly differ from those on the page, because each product is made by hand from solid wood, not mechanically.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please remember about some tips regarding care of the wooden table tops. For wood cleaning please use special products for wood care the best quality.
Regarding to daily using of the table please protect the table against moisture, water and putting directly on the wood hot dishes. The best is to put some pads under hot dishes!
