Quiet Routine Studio creates practical digital templates for everyday household planning. Our first kit focuses on the moment before a trip: making a multi-pet home’s instructions clear and easy for a trusted sitter to find.

The Multi-Pet Sitter Handover Kit combines four separate pet profiles and daily routines with a shared trip overview, home notes, contacts, a departure checklist and a visit log. Type into the fillable PDF fields, save your completed copy and share it with your sitter, or print the pages and write by hand. A4 and US Letter versions are included.

These templates organize the care instructions you provide. They are designed for personal household use and do not provide veterinary or feeding recommendations. The headings and page layouts are fixed; this is a PDF kit, not a Canva template.

Choose the paper size and format you need; you do not need to print every version. This is a digital download, so no physical item is shipped.
