Not sure why, but I expected this bracket to be made of heavier, metallic material since my loaded cup in the Big Ass Drink Holder is quite large and heavy. Have to admit that lighter is better. My biggest issue is that I’m 6’6” and my knee hits the cup holder unless I swing it way out to the outside on the ball mount. I am looking forward to see how this mount works out over the long multi-week rides. In any case, I’m thrilled to get my hydration off the handlebars.
