Is the paint waterproof?

The answer is Yes:) All of our products are hand painted and sealed for everyday use.

Can an item be customized?

Yes, the beauty of hand painted items is the ability to change and customize our products to include the things that our important to YOU, our customer! Please keep in mind the time required to work on your custom pieces will be a minimum of 2 weeks. You must discuss all custom pieces with us prior to placing your order as they require additional fees and custom links.

What is the process from start to finish?

When we receive your order, you have 24hrs to cancel prior before we began working on your piece. All orders are made to order therefore we require time to design, hand paint and seal the paint. Each of those steps require sufficient time for drying in between. It is very important to make sure you have the right size and address at purchase for these reasons.

Can an item be RUSHED?

Depending on volume, you would need to speak to someone in shop to determine if a rush can be accommodated PRIOR to placing the order.
