How do I Access My Order?
To download your files:
1. Go to your profile picture at the top right of the screen
2. Go to purchases and reviews
You will find all your files there and can download as many times as you like.
At this time, unfortunately you can't download your files through the Etsy app on a mobile device but you can log into a phone browser such as Safari or Google and download through the Etsy website by following the instructions above.
