How do I edit my Canva party template?
All of our party templates are editable in Canva. After purchase, you’ll receive a link to open your template in Canva (a free account works perfectly). You can edit text, fonts, colors (where enabled), and details directly in your browser — no software download required.
Are these printable birthday invitations instant downloads?
Yes! All invitations and party decor are instant digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Once edited in Canva, you can download as a PDF, JPG, or PNG for printing at home, through a print shop, or sharing digitally.
Can I use these templates for baby showers, bridal showers, or other events?
Many of our editable party templates can be customized for baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, retirement parties, and more. Simply update the wording in Canva to match your event theme.
What size are the invitations and signs?
Invitation templates include:
• 5x7" printable invitation
• 1080x1920 px mobile invite
Signage and milestone boards include varying sizes and will be detailed in both the photos and descriptions for each individual product. Each size will be printable within the same (smaller!) aspect ratio, and will include at least one of the following:
• 5x7"
• 8x10"
• 16x20"
• 18x24"
• 24x36"
• A1
Photo cards, banners, and shower games come as 5x7".

No. A free Canva account is all you need to edit and download your party printable template. Everything is designed to be easy for beginners and busy parents to customize in minutes.
