Avoid Long-Term Storage in Leather: Do not store your knife in a leather sheath for more than a month, as leather can absorb moisture and cause staining.

Safe Leather Storage: If you need to store the blade in leather, prep the knife first, wrap it in plastic wrap, then place it in the sheath.

Hand Wash Only: Never use a dishwasher on Damascus blades. Hand wash with mild soap and water, then dry immediately.
