Custom and personalized orders
Please report any problems within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We are unable to process requests after this 14-day period.
When will my order be delivered?
Please note that all items are strictly made-to-order. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship requires a production time of 4 to 6 weeks before your order is ready to ship. Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is an additional 8 to 10 business days. Due to this personalized process, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and generally do not accept returns or exchanges. By placing an order, you acknowledge and fully accept our policies regarding production, shipping timelines, and returns. Thank you for your patience and for supporting handmade artistry!
Can I change the shipping address after i’ve completed payment or confirmed the embroidery?
Yes, we encourage you to contact us via message within 24 hours of placing your order.
- However, once the order has been assigned a tracking number for dispatch, we apologize but we will not be able to accommodate any changes to the delivery address.
Custom and personalized orders
To initiate a complaint, please message us with the following details:
Your order number.
Photos or videos showing the defect.
For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error.
For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale.
If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label.
For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required.
Our support team will review your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no extra cost or, if a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.
Custom and personalized orders
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer errors, including:
Incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.
Incorrect address leading to lost orders.
Change of mind.
Damage caused by the customer.
Failure to review the design or provide personalization details.
