Todo en mi tienda está hecho a mano por mí en mi estudio en casa.
Utilizo pieles de vaca de alta calidad curtidas en Italia y Estados Unidos. Mi cuero me llega ya teñido, ¡y prefiero trabajar con colores impresionistas de tono joya!
Agrego telas y adornos para llevar cada pieza de ser "solo un bolso de cuero" a ser una pequeña obra de arte.
Las telas son en su mayoría tela de tapicería de calidad industrial. Para obtener la combinación de colores correcta, puedo agregar tapices tejidos con jacquard, batik pintado a mano, tela de lana que pinto y fieltro a mano, o tela de lana reciclada de la ropa usada (lavada, por supuesto, y a menudo teñida en exceso).
Quiero que la tela tenga el mismo peso y "rigidez" que el cuero, así que la interlineo si es necesario.
Cuando se agregan hilos, cuentas o flores, se cosen cuidadosamente porque quiero que disfrutes de tu bolso, ¡no quiero que esas cuentas se desprendan!
Mis cremalleras son de nylon de alta resistencia en colores para complementar las bolsas y están hechas a medida solo para mí. Se abren y cierran sin problemas y fácilmente, para que usar su bolso sea una alegría.
El hardware de metal resistente en mis bolsos es todo de tono dorado.
PERO-mis joyas es otra historia... ¡todas mis joyas son de tono plateado! (Si estás confundido, trato de mencionarlo con cada artículo)
El interior de mis bolsos y los bolsillos interiores están hechos del mismo material que el exterior: cuero en bolsos de cuero-tela de tapicería en los estilos de tela que no puedo soportar ver un hermoso bolso forrado con tela de forro de baja calidad!
He hecho MUCHOS bolsos, pero cada uno sigue siendo importante para mí. Están hechos con cuidado y atención y el aliento de naturaleza que rodea mi estudio.
Mi vida siempre ha estado dedicada a hacer y promover artículos artesanales de calidad: ¡la energía en un artículo hecho a mano tiene una magia que nunca se puede obtener con bienes de consumo producidos en masa!

Si necesita devolver y el artículo, tenga en cuenta que debe ponerse en contacto conmigo dentro de los 3 días y devolverlo dentro de los 7. Debe estar en las mismas condiciones que cuando se envió, con la etiqueta de papel original todavía en él. Lo siento, pero no le reembolso el costo de envío original.
Si tiene un problema con un artículo después de haberlo usado por un tiempo, póngase en contacto conmigo. Estoy constantemente pensando en "calidad" cuando hago mis productos, y quiero que te hagan feliz cuando los uses. Si ocurre un problema, intentaré ayudar. Puedo reemplazar el hardware de la correa rota o volver a coser cuentas o botones (¡nada de esto es probable y sería dentro de años si es necesario!) La reparación sería gratuita, pero debo cobrar el envío.
Mis cremalleras están hechas para años de uso, lo que ha sido demostrado por mis muchos clientes satisfechos. No puedo reparar cremalleras, no tengo la máquina de coser adecuada para eso. Puedo enviarle una cremallera de reemplazo de forma gratuita (dentro de los 5 años posteriores a la compra) para que pueda realizar la reparación en un taller de reparación de zapatos local.
Everything in my shop is handmade by me in my home studio.
I use high quality cow hides tanned in Italy and the USA. My leather comes to me already dyed-and I prefer to work with jewel-tone Impressionist colors!
I add fabrics and embellishments to take each piece from being"just a leather bag"to being a little work of art.
The fabrics are mostly industrial quality upholstery fabric. To get just the right color combination, I may add jacquard-woven tapestry,handpainted batik,wool fabric that I handpaintt and felt,or wool fabric upcycled from used clothing(washed of course and often over-dyed).
I want the fabric to have the same weight and "stiffness"as the leather ,so I interline it if necessary.
When yarn or beads or flowers are added, they are carefully sewn on because I want you to enjoy your purse-I don't want those beads to come off!
My zippers are heavy duty nylon in colors to complement the bags and they are custom made just for me. They open and close smoothly and easily-to make using your bag a joy.
The tough metal hardware on my purses is all gold-tone.
BUT-my jewelry is another story... all my jewelry is silver tone!(If you're confused, I try to mention that with every item)
The inside of my bags and the inside pockets are made of the same material as the outside:leather on leather bags-upholstery fabric on the all-fabric styles I can't stand seeing a beautiful bag lined with low quality lining fabric!
I have made a LOT of purses-but each one is still important to me. They are made with care and attention and the breath of nature that surrounds my studio.
My life has always been devoted to making and promoting quality handcrafted items-the energy in a handmade item has a magic in it that you can never get with mass-produced consumer goods!!

If you need to return and item, please note that you must contact me within 3 days,and return it within 7. It must be in the same condition as when shipped-with the original paper tag still on it. Sorry but I do not refund your original shipping cost.
If you have a problem with an item after you have used it awhile, please contact me. I am constantly thinking"quality"when I make my products,and I want them to make you happy when you use them. If a problem occurs, I will try to help.I can replace broken strap hardware or re-sew beads or buttons(none of this is likely and it would be years from now if it's needed!) The repair would be free, but I must charge shipping.
My zippers are made for years of use,which has been proven by my many happy customers. I can't repair zippers,I do not have the right sewing machine for that. I can send you a replacement zipper free of charge(within 5 years of purchase)so you can have the repair done at a local shoe repair shop.
