I would advise you to be patient! She is prompt,however I can understand how we may want our products NOW 😄 When my order arrived: Secure - no one (not even me, initially!) could get into the package - secure with a capital S Scent - why does my package smell so gorgeous! 😍 Products - please see my picture, they were as expected, with guidance included, it is clear to see the love & intention that went into doing the work.
