I'm Gaia — an architect and a painter, and for me the two have always been the same instinct.
I was born in Italy, grew up in Argentina, and now work in the American West. Those places live in the work: Mediterranean color, South American warmth, the wide light of the mountains.
An architect's eye never really switches off, so I build a painting the way I'd build a room — light, proportion, and the open space that lets everything breathe. Then I paint it by hand, which is where the warmth and the human imperfection come in. That tension, between structure and looseness, is the whole point.
Every piece starts as an original in my studio and is reproduced as an archival giclée print built to hold its color for decades. Made to order, ready to hang, made to live with.
