-Files will not be emailed to you. For your convenience, they are available for download directly within the Etsy system. You cannot access downloads from the Etsy App.


From the computer: On the Etsy menu, visit Your Account > Purchases > Download Files.

On Your Phone: Login to Etsy.com from your web browser (Safari or Chrome). On the Etsy menu, visit Your Account > Purchases > Download Files.

You can make unlimited edits where you:
-move, edit, add, or delete text
-change the font
-change the font size and color
-edit background colors
-use your own images
-add your own logo

Listings with limited capabilities will be noted.

You cannot edit the size and orientation of the document. There is not a time limit or limit to the amount of downloads that you can have for your file.

⭐With all digital editable products, you, as the customer, are responsible for typing your own text into the provided template. Sunset Source is not responsible for any errors or printing costs related to such errors.

⭐Printing at home:
Please ensure that your home printer is capable of printing the quality and weight of the paper you have chosen. We recommend a test print before bulk printing. We recommend a professional printer for the best quality prints.

⭐We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print. We recommend you save as PDF Print for the highest resolution.

⭐Please note: actual printed colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution. Card stock color can also affect print color.

⭐Printing at Home⭐
Save as PDF, JPG, or PNG. You can also use the provided print and cut template to align your image for printing. Printed colors may vary due to varieties in paper, computer and printer settings, and printer quality.

We recommend using a heavy-weight cardstock between 70-100lbs. When printing, remember to set your printer settings to the highest quality for best results.

Thermal labels do not print HIGH RESOLUTION. There is a chance that you will see "imperfections" and "not clean lines". This is not a problem with the file, it is the capacity of your thermal printer.

Delivery dates displayed are estimates provided by Etsy for each listing. Dates displayed may change based on whether you are logged in or not, or based on updates to the shipping address information input during checkout.

I'm unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates as I have no control over the postal system or delays once your item has left my hands.

Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential delays.

Delivery times will be longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods.

Please keep these things in mind when placing time sensitive orders.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I am unable to do anything to correct the address. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office your package should forward to your new address, but this is outside of my control.
