5 out of 5 starsWas super helpful when an issue came up with my shipping address (not her fault) and she went the extra mile to fix it. Amazing!

5 out of 5 starsNote: I purchased two of these bracelets, so this is a duplicate of the first review. "Very pleased with the two bracelets. My niece will love them. Thumbs up with the packaging and updates on arrival. Would buy again." I will add that once I received them, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the sizing. I contacted Syd, and she replied super fast with text and a photo. Very satisfied with my purchase!
