Can I exchange or return my templates?
Unfortunately, no. Etsy does not offer refunds on digital products due to the nature of the product. We will try our best to accommodate. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any issues.
How do I download my product?
You should receive an email with a download link.
Otherwise, go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases - there you should see the product and an option to download the files.
Make sure you are accessing the website through a computer, the mobile app does not allow you to download digital files.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
It is instantaneous. You will receive a download link via email right after your purchase and there will be a download link at https://www.etsy.com/ca/your/purchases. It makes for a great last minute gift. If you are having problems finding your download link, please let us know and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
Is gifting an option?
Our products are all digital downloads. They are instantaneous and make for a great gift. You'll receive downloadable files which can be sent to the person you're gifting to. We recommend sending via email.
I need some modifications to my spreadsheet, what do I do?
We don't recommend making the changes yourself as it may disrupt the function of the spreadsheet. Don't hesitate to reach out to us, we're happy to help!
