Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Our designs can be printed on sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and more. If you have a unique idea or you’d like to place an existing design on a different product, just send us a message. We’ll be delighted to create something special just for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order with care and processed in the order it is received. Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by 2 to 7 business days for shipping. Orders placed over the weekend are added to our production queue on Monday as our print partners operate from Monday to Friday.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at least two weeks in advance so we can confirm availability. Keep in mind that shipping times may vary during holidays or busy seasons, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Do you offer products beyond what is listed in your shop?
Yes! Our designs can be printed on a wide range of items including sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, and long sleeve shirts. We also offer sizes for infants, youth, and adults so there’s something for everyone. If you see a design you love and would like it on another product, or if you have a custom idea, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to bring your vision to life.
My item arrived damaged or defective, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work with our print providers to resolve the issue quickly. We’re happy to provide a free replacement or a refund. You don’t need to return the original item. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will always make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to cancel, please send us a message right away. Since all items are custom made, orders are quickly sent to production and once this process begins, we are unable to make changes or issue a refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Since every item is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color choices at checkout. These items cannot be restocked or resold. Please be sure to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. If the wrong size or color is selected, a new order will need to be placed with the correct choice.

We’re happy to accept bulk orders of 10 items or more. Just send us a message with the details of what you need, and we’ll provide you with a special coupon code for a discounted rate. Perfect for family trips, group events, or matching gifts.
