My husband I both came to the states to go to grad school in Pennsylvania. I graduated in 2018 and my major is in both Accounting and Economics. Right after graduated, we moved to San Diego and each started working in our fields.
I worked as a senior accountant for publicly traded companies with high volume of work. I very enjoyed the work and how fast paced it was with all of it's challenges, long hours of works, working on weekends and holidays. After a few years of accounting work, we adopted a little puppy named Valor and I realized if I want to spend time with him and give him the love and care he deserves, I can not work these many hours each week.
I started looking for alternatives. I started making dog bandanas and fell in love with fabric. In two months I ended up purchasing way more fabric than I could use in dog bandana project. Our interest in fabric changed the path of our shop and we started to do research on fabric designers, brands and wholesalers. We started collecting the best fabrics and launching in our shop.
