All graphics sold through VECTOLIA are digital products delivered electronically.
Digital items are automatically provided to the customer upon completion of payment via Etsy.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for digital products.
By purchasing from VECTOLIA, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a digital item with no physical delivery.
Files are provided automatically after payment and considered accessible upon purchase.
No cancellations or refunds will be issued once access to the file has been granted.
This policy is in accordance with Etsy’s rules on digital items. Additional conditions may apply as outlined in Etsy’s Terms of Use and Help Center.
File Access Issues:
If you encounter any technical issues with your download (e.g., file corruption, access errors), please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Licensing:
By purchasing any product from VECTOLIA, you agree to the terms outlined in our licensing agreement.
VECTOLIA grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide licence to use the purchased Product(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Unless otherwise stated, all digital files are provided under a Personal and Small Business Commercial Use Licence, which allows the Licensee to:
- Use the Product(s) for unlimited personal projects
- Use the Product(s) to create physical or digital end products for sale, up to 500 units per purchase
- Modify the Product(s) to suit the needs of the project, provided that the modified file remains in line with these terms
- Use the Products solely as part of tangible outputs (e.g. vinyl projects, stencils, laser-cut details, or designs intended for print-on-demand merchandise)
If the Licensee wishes to exceed the limit of 500 physical or digital end products, they are required to re-purchase the same file for a new allowance of up to 500 additional uses.
Strictly Prohibited Activities:
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of this Licence:
- Sharing, re-selling, gifting, sublicensing, uploading, or distributing the original or modified files in any digital form
- Publishing or uploading the files on websites, blogs, social media platforms, marketplaces, or any digital sharing environment
- Claiming ownership or authorship of the original or modified designs
- Using the Product(s) in any way that is defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or unethical
- Using the Products for AI training, NFT creation, or in any blockchain-related technologies
Permitted Usage Summary:
Below is a clear summary of what you may and may not do under this licence. Please refer to the full licence terms for detailed conditions.
Permitted Uses:

✅ Use the Products for commercial projects, with a limit of up to 500 physical or digital items sold per purchase
✅ Create physical items for sale using the Products, such as:
- Laser-cut or CNC-crafted wooden signs and ornaments

Prohibited Uses:
❌ Resell, redistribute or sub-licence the original or modified Products as standalone files
❌ Include the Products in any digital projects or design resource intended for resale or redistribution (e.g. clipart packs, template kits)
❌ Use the Products in websites, marketing materials, social media, ads, e-books, and other digital publications
❌ Use the Products to create trademarks, logos, or service marks unless they have been significantly altered and do not constitute the primary visual element
❌ Make the Products available on print-on-demand platforms (e.g. Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6), whether the original graphics are unaltered or modified
❌ Share or distribute the Products in file-sharing platforms or groups
❌ Use the Products in any offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful manner
❌ Claim ownership or authorship of the original or modified Product files
Modifications:
Licensee is permitted to alter or customise the Product(s) for their own use, provided that the modified version is not redistributed or sold as a standalone file, and is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful in nature.
Attribution:
Attribution is not required but is always appreciated. You may credit VECTOLIA where applicable, particularly when showcasing physical products (e.g. “Design by VECTOLIA”).
Ownership and Copyright:
All Products remain the intellectual property of VECTOLIA. This Licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership. You may not claim our artwork as your own, nor register it as part of a trademark or copyrighted body of work.
Liability Disclaimer:
VECTOLIA provides all Products "as-is" and does not guarantee that they will meet your specific requirements. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Products.
Termination:
This Licence shall remain in effect until terminated. VECTOLIA reserves the right to revoke the Licence without notice if any of the terms herein are breached. Upon termination, all usage rights shall cease, and all files must be deleted or destroyed.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Licence shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Licence shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
Updates to the Licence:
We reserve the right to update or modify this Licence at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request. Updates will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the updated terms.

All our products are delivered as instant digital downloads via Etsy.
While we do have a fully functional e-commerce system on this website, as a new graphic stock provider we’ve chosen to process all transactions via Etsy for now. Etsy offers a globally trusted and secure platform that helps build confidence and peace of mind for our first-time customers.
What You’ll Receive:
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase will include the design in the following formats:
- SVG – for use with lasers and cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette or Brother ScanNCut
- PSD - for Photoshop & Fresco, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Photo, and Gimp.
- PNG (transparent background, 300dpi) – ideal for printed POD (Print-on-Demand) products like mugs, tote bags, t-shirts, etc.
- JPG (300dpi) – high-resolution flat image
- PDF – a print-ready reference file or to be used with graphic design software
In some cases, a .zip file or a text file with additional links may also be included (e.g. for large bundles or extra instructions)

How to Download Your Files on Etsy:
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will make the files available to you immediately.
Here’s how to access them:
- Log in to your Etsy account
- Go to “Your Account” > “Purchases and Reviews”
- Find your order from VectoliaCom
- Click “Download Files” next to the order
Please note: You cannot download digital files via the Etsy app. Use a web browser (like Chrome or Safari) on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet to access them.
If Your Files Are in a .zip Format:
Some files may come compressed in a .zip folder/-s, especially bundles or multiple designs.
Here's how to open them:
On Windows:
- Right-click the .zip file
- Choose “Extract All…” and follow the prompts
On Mac:
- Double-click the .zip file and it will automatically unzip
Don't have a .zip extractor?
You can download free programs such as 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac.
Once unzipped, you’ll find your files in the formats listed above and ready for use.
Tips for Using Your Files:
- SVG files work with design software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher), Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- PNG and JPG files are great for printing or using in Canva, Procreate, Photoshop, etc.
