DTF printing delivers vibrant, detailed, flexible prints that are durable and resistant to cracking, peeling, or fading with proper care.
2. Will the print come off in the wash?
No. Wash inside out in cold water, avoid high heat, and do not iron directly on the design.
3. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Contact us before ordering to request names, dates, or personalized text.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after purchase. After this time, production begins.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are made to order, so returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Message us with a photo and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
7. What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
8. Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are possible within 1 hour after purchase only.
9. How long does production take?
Orders enter production quickly and are usually prepared within 1-3 business days with our trusted partner Rexven.
10. How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production. Tracking is provided.
