We can provide the following customizations:

1) If a decal does not have a Color Scheme option, we can change the colors for an additional $15 customization fee. To request this option, please contact us and we will provide proofs of your color request changes free of charge.

2) We can change the name on monogram decals at no extra charge. Just let us know the new name in the Buyer Notes section at checkout.

3) We can add an extra name to our monogram decals for an extra $10. Just select the "Add Extra Name" option and put in both names in Buyer Notes.

4) We can remove the name from a monogram decal at your request. This will reduce the price by $10. Just select the "Remove Name" option and checkout.

We do not offer the following customizations:

1) We are unable to create or copy a design from scratch for you.

2) We are unable to change the size of any of our decals.

3) We are unable to mix and match our current designs, including color schemed decals.

4) We are unable to customize Color Schemed Decals. These decals are sold as is and are not customizable.

Each element of the design is separate so you can place everything where you would like. It is a simple peel and stick method. We provide instructions for this application method

We use 6.0 MIL RAD GRAFIX V vinyl for all of our decals. The vinyl can be moved and placed back on the wall as many times as needed. Don't like where a piece is at? Just remove and re-stick! The vinyl will not damage walls when removing. The vinyl also sticks very well to walls, even slightly textured walls!

The majority of our decals are a simple peel and stick method. We provide an application tool and instructions on how to install the decals.

Note: Some decals may be shipped with transfer tape due to the complexity of the design. We provide instructions for this application method as well as the application tool.

In order to remove the decal and transfer it without damaging it, please follow these steps:

1) Carefully and slowly remove decals from the wall. (Feel free to use a hair dryer to heat up the vinyl if needed)

2) Place the decals onto wax paper.

3) Roll up the wax paper into a tube shape to ensure the decals aren't damaged or wrinkled during the move.

4) Use a rubber band to secure the tube.

All decals, excluding custom orders, may be returned for a full refund within (7) days of delivery. Decals may not be returned if they have already been placed on the wall. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund minus the shipping cost. Decals must be returned in unused, resellable condition. Wall Decal Source has the right to refuse returns due to violation of their policy.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase or by the due ship date. If your order doesn't ship by the due date for some reason, feel free to contact us to inquire.

We ship US orders via First Class International or Priority 1-3 day mail. We ship international orders via First Class International or Priority International. International orders can take up to (2-3) weeks to be delivered due to customs.
