WhenAndWherePrints

We are When & Where Prints, a small studio in London. We only use your information to make and deliver your order.

What we collect: your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy, plus the details you give us for your print, such as names, dates, places and any words you send us.

Why we use it: to make your proof and your print, to post your order, to answer your messages, and to keep basic records for tax.

Who we share it with: Etsy, and our printing partner Printful if you order a printed poster, so they can make and post it. We never sell your information or use it for adverts.

How long we keep it: order details are kept for as long as the law requires for tax records. The personal details on your print are deleted from our studio software within 6 months of your order unless you ask us to keep them for a reprint.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just send us a message through Etsy. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

We will never show your names, dates or places in our shop photos without asking you first.
