Custom and personalized orders
I’m open to them! Many of the designs you see can be formatted to fit a style type of garment or have different colorways. Reach out with what you’d like.
Sizing details
Because each article of clothing is hand-sewn, there may be inconsistencies when it comes to letter sizes. Even if you are almost always a certain letter, check to see what size you should order by looking at the chart included on every shirt and tank top page. If you're on the cusp of a certain size, you may want to consider ordering a size up.
Care instructions
The tees and tanks can be machine-washed in cold water with like colors. You shouldn’t use bleach, however. These shirts can be tumble-dried on low heat.

Shipping and processing time
Since all of my products are made-to-order, you should expect a processing time of 2-7 business days. Add the number of days for the shipping method chosen (by default 3-5 business days for shirts and 5-10 business days for sweaters) at checkout on top of that to get your total shipping time.
Wrong address
Items that are marked returned to sender will incur an additional shipping fee to be resent out if the issue is buyer-related. Additionally, there is a 2 to 4 week processing window before an item is able to be sent back out. Please confirm your shipping address to ensure timely delivery and reduce such delays.
Lost shipment
In the very, very rare case that the shipping company loses a package, I have a small window of time to make a claim on your your behalf. Claims, as such, must be submitted no later than 15 business days after your posted delivery date (which you should receive when the package goes out). If you don't receive your item within this timeframe please message me, so that I can help!
Odor
Some of the shirts that are not hand-sewn use a process that can cause a slight "vinegar" smell—common occurrence in the t-shirt space. These shirts are already made and have a fixation agent applied to create a strong bond with the fabric. The result is a high-quality print that won't quickly peel after use. This smell is easily removed in the first wash.
