Working with leather is our passion. Each of our products is designed and created by us. We do not rely on mass production but we enjoy creating always new and unique designs.
In our workshop we use only natural, well-selected leather. We love to work with leather with unusual texture and compelling colours. The leather we use is easy to maintain, resistant to small scratches and dirt. Smelling raw leather, simplicity of creation with the combination of traditional leather crafting and unique design, is something that we love.
Ours bags have their own souls, and we love them.

We reserve a right to refund the costs of the bag within 7 business days from the date of requesting the refund.
Shipping
If you don't provide me your contact number within time the package is expected to be shipped, the package will be sent without the number. Remember: if the carrier is not able to contact you because of lack of your phone number, the package will return to me. In that case, all shipping cost included return costs, custom fee costs, etc. are covered by the buyer.
In case when the buyer refuses to provide phone number that's neccessary to ship the package, we reserve a right to cancel the order and refund the received money back to buyer.
The production time depends on the quantity of orders and can change - you will get informed about it in such a case.
Production time for items made to order and custom orders is 3 to 15 business days.
Please make sure that the adress where the order has to be send is correct.
We're not responsible for shipping if we were given wrong shipping adress.

If you're afraid that your package might not be delivered on adress that you gave us, or you have a problem of packages not being delivered to your address, you can ask us for sending the package with Electronic Signature. If you'd like us to send the package as mentioned, you can contact us in that case not later than 2 days after placing an order.
After receiving the tracking number, the customer loses the option to cancel the order with an immediate refund. The parcel which is on its way to the customer, cannot be withdrown or stopped by us.

If the package is not picked up, all shipping cost included return costs, custom fee costs, etc. are covered by the buyer.
International customs: It might be possible that your country requires additional applicable duty or taxes. Those additional costs have to be covered by the customer.

We are not able to monitor our shipments. In the event of problems with the shipment or customs clearance, please inform us about any problem with the carrier. You can track your package thanks to the tracking number you receive when the order is ready to ship.

Q: Can I change the color of the bag, straps, accessories? How to order a bag in a different color from the one available in the offer?
A: Yes, you can change the colors of the bag, straps, accessories. In order to change the colors, choose an option available in the offer or contact us!
Q: Can I change the size of the bag so it meets my needs?
A: We strive to make our products available in many sizes. If you want the bag to be made in a different size than available in the offer, contact us.
Q: How to place an individual order?
A: Simply write to us and agree with designer on the order details. Your individual order will be waiting for you in our store.
Q: Can I change the length of the straps?
A: Yes in order to do that, you should contact us BEFORE placing an order, to determine, the length of the straps.
Q: Can I order an additional divider inside the bag, or an extra laptop holder?
A:Of course, there is such an option in our studio! To do that, please contact us and provide the dimensions of your device.
Q: Can I order a lined bag?
A: Yes of course. To do that, use the "Personalization ".
Q: Can I adjust the size of the purse to my laptop?
A: If the sizes available in our offer does not fit your device, contact us, and we we will adjust the dimensions of the bag to your device.
Q: Do you offer Return Label?
A:Unfortunately, we do not offer this option in our store. Shipping lies with the customer.
Q: Can I change the straps in the purse so that they are adjustable?
A: The possibility of changing the straps to adjustable ones is dependent from the handbag model, therefore prior contact with us is required.
Q: Can my bag be made in a lighter version?
A: In most models, yes, but please contact us in advance to determine if the handbag model you choose can be made in a lighter version.
Q: Can I can add footers, an additional key lanyard inside the bag, or bag-colored wallet?
A: In the case of add-ons that we offer, they will be available in the "PERSONALIZATION" tab. If the add-on is not available, contact us.
Q: How to determine if the colors I choose match each other?
A: In case of prior contact, we are able to send a photo of example types of leather, we also offer our experience in selection appropriate color combinations.
Q: Is buying in your store a safe purchase?
A: Of course! This is evidenced by hundreds of positive customer reviews from around the world. You can see all opinions about our products on the main page of our store.
Q: How can I track where my parcel is?
A: You can track all shipments that are sent by us on the carrier's website using the waybill number or via the Etsy application.

If the leather fittings doesn't meet our requirements and quality standards, we reserve the right to change type of leather fittings for a different type in the same color composition (antique gold or silver) without contacting the buyer. We are doing it only in good will to make you happy with your purchase.
If the zipper raises any objections or the certain type of zipper in unavailable to be purchased for us we reserve a right to use different type of zipper without contacting the buyer. It is always done in good will to make the customer be pleased with purchased product.
If zipper that we used doesn't meet our requirements and quality standards, we reserve a right to change the type of fastening without contacting the buyer. We are doing it only in good will to make you happy with your purchase.
The color of the zipper may differ dependably on availability although it will always be matched with the color of the product.

Additional accesories that were ordered later than the bag you already own, may differ in color due to the nature of the material used.
Over time, the product may change its color due to the nature of the material used.
