Il talento artistico risale a diverse generazioni dalla parte di mio padre della famiglia - pittori, orologiai, fotografi, musicisti e persino un drammaturgo - quindi è sempre sembrato naturale essere creativi. Ho sempre amato disegnare e dipingere, e mi sono anche dilettata nel design floreale per un po ', ma il design dei gioielli è la mia vera passione.

Sono entrato a far parte di Etsy nel 2007 e sono rimasto stupito dall'infinita quantità di talenti che ho visto qui. Nel 2009 ho finalmente avuto il coraggio di aprire il mio negozio e che grande esperienza di apprendimento è stata! Mi ha aperto un mondo completamente nuovo - e per questo devo a Etsy un debito di gratitudine. L'esperienza di aprire il mio negozio e mettere le mie cose in mostra per il mondo da vedere mi ha dato la fiducia che alla fine ha portato ad avere il mio lavoro presente in riviste come Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, BeadStyle e Bead Trends.

I miei gioielli sono creati con una miscela di componenti nuovi e vintage, oggetti trovati, vetro ceco premium e perle di pietra. Sono costantemente ispirato ad apprendere nuove tecniche e a crescere nelle mie conoscenze e capacità, nella speranza di poter continuare a offrire gioielli unici e ben fatti che i miei clienti apprezzeranno indossare. Recentemente ho imparato da solo la smaltatura a torcia, che mi dà un'altra fonte per aggiungere colori e trame ricchi ai miei disegni.

Artistic talent goes back several generations on my dad's side of the family - painters, watchmakers, photographers, musicians and even a playwright - so it always seemed natural to be creative. I've always loved to draw and paint, and I also dabbled in floral design for a while, but jewelry design is my real passion.

I joined Etsy in 2007, and was amazed at the endless amount of talent I saw here. In 2009 I finally got up the courage to open my own shop and what a great learning experience that has been! It's opened up a whole new world for me - and for that I owe Etsy a debt of gratitude. The experience of opening my shop and putting my things on display for the world to see gave me the confidence that eventually led to having my work featured in magazines such as Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, BeadStyle and Bead Trends.

My jewelry is created with a mixture of new and vintage components, found objects, premium Czech glass and stone beads. I'm constantly being inspired to learn new techniques and to grow in my knowledge and ability, in hopes that I can continue to offer unique and well made jewelry pieces that my customers will enjoy wearing. I recently taught myself torch fired enameling, which gives me another source to add rich color and texture to my designs.
