## About
The Sundy Building is a high-wealth residential building from the Chicago tileset in SimCity 4. Characteristics of said tileset include brickwork, columns, arches, and a general tripartite division of the façade. It was a style popular in the early days of high-rise construction, when older ideas were adapted to newer materials, construction techniques, and requirements. I am fond of the era for the intersection it represents between history and modernity.

This is a stunning 3D-printed architectural rendering with incredible and intricate detail including awnings, roof benches and balcony shrubs around a pond. It appears most suitable for 1/220 Z scale but could also work as a forced perspective background building in 1/160 N scale. All dimensions were as advertised. An excellent value for the price.
