How will I receive my digital downloads?

Once your payment is confirmed, digital files will be available for download directly from Etsy. Go to “Your Account” > “Purchases & Reviews” and find the order to access your files. For guests, Etsy will send a download link via email.

Can I get a refund for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds on digital products. If you have issues with the file or need assistance, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to help!

How long will it take for my physical product to arrive?

Processing times vary by product. Typically, your order must be prepared in 2 to 7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location. You can check the estimated delivery date for your order in your Etsy account.

What should I do if my physical product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging so I can assist you with a replacement or refund.
