What happens if my package experiences delays, gets lost in transit, or is stolen?

The LILI Avenue is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen. These situations are beyond our control.

If a sale starts after I place my order, can I get a refund for the price difference?

The price you paid at the time of your order is final. For instance, if an item goes on sale for 10% off a week after your purchase, we do not issue refunds for the discounted amount to previous customers.

What should I do if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it has been shipped?
