HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We ship directly from our home in Canada using UPS and Canada post services . All orders come with free standard shipping. Delivery times : 5-10 business days. Please do not panic if your package does not show up immediately, it's on its way. Beacause the standard delivery times are so long, the high costs of express delivery and to avoid the loss of packages, we no longer ship worldwide. Please accept our apologies.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement and before the shipping. Send us a message within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY ?

We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds. We have a 2 days replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Tell us what went wrong and send along a photo of the damaged item and we'll be glad to replace it. Replacements only apply to damaged items. Please note that It is not our responsbility If the package got lost or delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local post office and track your parcel.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP ?

Yes, Local pickup is available : York region , Ontario. If you live in this area please send us a message before placing your order so we can arrange the pickup time and address.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE ?

My work is made of ceramic. They are safe when they are used for decorative purposes only. They are toxic and not food safe if digested. As they are fragile items they may break and the sharp small fragments will be a choking and cuts hazard.
