1. Install Python (Lesson 1 shows how on Windows, macOS and Linux).
2. Work through a lesson and run each example.
3. Open the lesson's exercise file, fill in your answers and run it - the checks show what is correct.
4. For each project, run the test runner, write one function at a time, and watch the tests turn from "not started" to "passed".

• A computer running Windows, macOS or Linux (the PDF can be read on any device, but the code needs a computer)
• Python 3.11 or newer, which is free
• Any text or code editor
