All our goods are ‘custom tailored’ and handmade.
Every item is devoted to the person who placed the order, applying exclusive conventional skills. Before placing an order, please note that high-quality handicraft takes time. Because of a significant number of the orders received, the manufacture of your product can take up to 2-3 weeks. We work for your product to be flawless, and we appreciate your understanding! The moment your order is fabricated, it will be shipped via special postal delivery. You will receive a notification e-mail telling you about the readiness of your product and its launched shipping!

- All orders are shipped to your Etsy address except for the cases when you specified another destination point. After the purchase has been shipped, we cannot amend the delivery address.

* We ask you to note that we are not able to specify a specific delivery date.
*The majority of trans-border orders are provided with tracking information. The trans-border information updates not as often as domestic transitions; thus, it may suspend renewing after the parcel is out of Poland. We cannot give tracking information other than the one provided by Poland post.

We ask you to note the fact that the delivery term is approximate only. The time can be extended on account of circumstances that are out of our control, such as occasional delays and suchlike. Pavietra cannot answer for poor weather conditions, delays, and other cases that can hamper the shipping process.

If you do not get your order within 30 days, contact us, and we will inquire into the post office on your case. After examination (which can take time up to 90 days which do not depend on us), if it turns out that the package is lost, we will return your money or send you new products.

If the parcel has been lost on the way, please connect us, and we will do our best to determine the location.
