Unless noted, EVERYTHING in our shop is made-to-order. This means the item is not made until you order it. Please see individual listings for processing times. Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We know what it is like to wait for an order. That is why we work hard to get your order in your hands as fast as possible. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if your order includes items with longer production timelines.

The short answer is, "NO."

We provide size charts in each of our apparel and shoe listings. ALWAYS refer to the chart and measure. If you fall between sizes on a chart, we always recommend ORDERING UP. If in doubt about your size, ORDER UP.

In our experience, apparel sizing runs small. Many of our dresses are considered "fit and flare." This means they are tighter on the top. If you prefer a roomier fit through the top and stomach areas, you may want to go up two sizes.

Our skirts are sized for your natural waist (which for most of us is at or above the navel). If you prefer a "lower" rise, you may consider going up two sizes.

T-shirt fit is noted in the listing, however we always recommend sizing up. Many of the t-shirts run small.

We do offer personalization and customization on some of our items. They are noted accordingly on the product's listing. Since personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, please refer to our sizing page and double check all spellings and personalization information! Any errors are the customer’s responsibility.

As a small shop, we simply do not have the resources to handle returns and exchanges. Our products are made to order and we utilize automated order fulfillment systems. As such, orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. Once an order is placed, all sales are final.

BEFORE placing an order, please discuss timelines with us if you need a product by a certain date. Rush production is not available and rush shipping options vary by product.

Once an order has been placed, items are non-returnable, non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. We apologize for any hardship this causes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order is fulfilled and handed over to a shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.), the order is no longer in our care and we no longer have control over the package. We always ship with a tracking number so you can follow packages to the final destination. As such, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, forwarded, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for VAT or customs charges.

We create all shipping labels using the exact address input by the customer. Please double check the address entry before submitting an order. We are not responsible delays due to bad addresses.

If your order is refused or undeliverable for ANY reason, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and the cost of postage.

We hope that you never receive a defective item. In the rare occurrence that something is wrong with your product, please contact us immediately and include digital photos of the issue. We will work with our production team to find out what went wrong and try to resolve the issue. Any claims for damaged/defective items MUST be submitted within 30 days of order delivery. There is nothing that can be done after 30 days.

All copyrights and trademarks of the characters, likenesses, quotations and images used in our products belong to their respective owners. Each design is an artistic interpretation only. We do not claim ownership of any logo, character or graphic represented in our products, unless specifically noted in our product descriptions.

A shipping label is generated when your order goes into production. This helps our team keep orders organized as items are made.

Once your order actually ships, tracking information will be updated. For most carriers (USPS and DHL eCommerce) the tracking updates are not immediate.

Etsy’s estimated delivery date does not factor in the time required to make your items. Please disregard this date and only use estimates provided at checkout or by our shipping partners.

Please note: When Etsy notifies a customer of a shipment, the system automatically says all items ordered are in the shipment. This is not necessarily true. Your order may arrive in multiple packages to get them to you faster.

Since the beginning, we have operated our business with the environment in mind. When possible we always choose "greener" packaging alternatives, including our 100% recycled shipping envelopes. We flat-pack our products and utilize lighter, more Earth-friendly packaging to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.

Our design studio is based on the beautiful Oregon Coast and many of our products will ship from there. However, to offer the widest range of products we do have to use outside partners for some of our production. As a small shop, we simply do not have the resources it takes to produce every item we offer. As such, ALL of our items are made-to-order (we do not mass produce!) and your order may ship direct to you from our production partner to save time and postage.
