1. How can I download my files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you can instantly download your files from your “Purchases and Reviews” section on Etsy. A download link will also be sent to your email.

2. Are your products physical or digital?
All of our products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.

3. What file formats do you provide?
Files are delivered in DWG (AutoCAD), PDF, SKP (SketchUp), PNG/JPG, and high-resolution print-ready formats.

4. Can I edit the files?
Yes. You can adjust the dimensions, colors, or details to fit your project.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if you experience any technical issues with your files, we will resend them free of charge.
