5 na 5 gwiazdekI received it as a digital item. Downloading was easy; I sent it to the local office supply for printing. I mounted it on a trifold poster board for my father's 99th birthday party. Everyone loved the poster.

5 na 5 gwiazdekThis item was great, I framed it in a frame from a local shop. The only slightly niggly thing is that its not a standard size to frame. The only way it could be improved is to make the size of the paper standard A size to make frasming easier. We hasd to buy some mount board and create a custom mount. Apart from that its brilliant!

Why would I buy a digital file, instead of a physical print?
The turnaround time between you placing your order and receiving your personalised design is within 1 business day - in most cases the same day! This means you can have it printed and framed by the very next day (maybe even the same day) and not need to worry about postage delays or damages.
There are also no restrictions on the number of times you can print it once you have the file – this is perfect if you’re organising a party and would like to have it a part of table décor for example.
Overall, it gives you more control over your purchase.
How quickly can you complete my order?
• The standard turnaround time is 1 business day, however I offer two expedited options also:
• 12-hour weekDAY rush (within 12 hours of you placing your order and sending personalisation details & photo, Monday to Friday)
• 24-hour weekEND rush (within 24 hours of you placing your order and sending personalisation details & photo, Saturday & Sunday)
How do I send my photo to you?
You can send your photo to me by clicking/tapping any of the following:
• Contact / Contact seller
• Contact shop
• Message seller
When in the message screen:
• Using a computer - click the icon which looks like a mountain in a picture frame and attach your photo.
• Using a phone/using the app – tap the icon which looks like a camera and attach your photo.
How do I download my file(s)?
Once your order is completed, I will send you a OneDrive link where you’ll be able to download/save your design onto your computer or phone. You do not require a OneDrive account to download your file(s).

Where can I print my design?
• You can print your design at home
• At a local print shop - Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens Photo, Costco, Boots, local supermarket. Most of these places will offer a print from phone service, however, I suggest saving the file to a USB stick also.
• Using an online printing service – Snapfish, Vista Print, Shutterfly, Photobox
What type of paper should I print on?
This can be printed on “any” type of media – paper, card, canvas etc
If you’re printing on paper or card, I would suggest using paper/card which has a matte finish. For my newspaper style designs, avoid using any glossy paper as this will detract from the vintage look.
It can be printed as any of the following sizes: 8”x10”, 11”x14” or 16”x20”
