星 5 個のうち 1 個I have submitted pictures to seller I received one response then none after that. These print way to big on A4 and A0 prints way to small. What happened to just a regular pdf?

Hi, I’m sorry you had trouble accessing the download. The PDF is working and can be opened, but sometimes Etsy takes 2–3 hours to process the digital download, so it may show as processing for a while. If you’re still having any issue after that, please message me and I’ll be happy to help. You can also send me your email address, and I can send the files to you directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ❤️
