I liked that they have options though. I was in a time crunch but their turn around time was fast so I didn’t need expedited shipping. I would definitely order more in the future!

What is acrylic?
Acrylic is a type of plastic. It is food safe material that has smooth surface and will not be effected by humidity. It is also very easy to clean and handle. If you like to read more about how the acrylic we use is food safe, here is the FDA webpage:

Is the Etsy's estimated delivery date accurate?
The dates provided by Etsy is just a rough estimate. Etsy does not account for the actual processing time and shipping time of your order. But if you are one of Nevada's neighboring state, you can refer to the earliest estimated delivery date. And if you are far from Nevada, such as the east coast states, please refer to the tail end of the estimate delivery date.
What happen when my order arrives damaged or never arrives?
Every purchase from our shop is covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection. If your order arrived damaged or never arrived, please contact us for claim instructions on getting your full refund.
Do you actually make what you sell?
Yes we do 100%!
We design all of our cake toppers via a vector program Inkscape, then cut them out with our laser cutting machine Glowforge. If there were assembly required, we assemble everything by hand. Then we inspect and pack every order one by one to ensure quality before dropping them off at the shipping carrier (either USPS or UPS).
Do you accept rush orders?
Please message us for rush availabilities. We try to accommodate as many rush orders as we are able to.
Do you ship outside of United States?
Not currently.
My order arrived later than the estimated delivery date, can my order be refunded?
If your order arrived late due to shipping carrier delay, it is very unfortunately, and we empathize with you. But since this is not a mistake on our part, we will not refund your order. If your order is extremely delayed, you might be able to claim refund via Etsy's Purchase Protection Policy.
Which shipping service do you offer?
USPS Ground: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Priority Express Mail/UPS Next Day Air : next day by the end of the day.
Please note these are transit time, does not include order processing time.
Can I cancel my order?
Since we only offer custom items, your order cannot be cancelled once it's made. But if you reach us soon after you placed the order, you should be able to cancel your order without issue.
