Hello, this item is a red Fox hoodie. The buyer claimed that they thought they were buying a pink hoodie (to whom it may concern; feel free to look at the photo with this review to make your own judgement on the color of this sweater). I offered to give a refund and kindly told the buyer that they are welcome to leaving a poor review if they situation wasn't handled properly.
