The mobile we ordered on here was our big splurge of the nursery and I have been so excited for it! The seller says that tracking will be available once the object ships, but that is not the case. She also said the item would around in 2-3 weeks as it was coming from Brazil to USA. It's been almost 5 weeks and still no mobile and no ability to track it:( when I asked the seller, she said it's not uncommon for it to take 5 weeks and that the Brazilian post office often does not update the tracking. I wish I would have known those things ahead of time especially since the shipping costs $22... I hope the mobile arrives soon, as my baby will be here anytime and I want the nursery to be complete for him!

I cannot recommend Jessica enough for her patience and professionalism - we purchased a baby mobile and matching hanging birds for my daughter's curtain pole and they are both just perfect :)
