Before purchasing the spells, it honestly felt like my applications were just going into a void and I wasn’t getting anywhere. Since then, I’ve received three job offers, and amazingly, each offer came with a higher wage than the one before it! I’m extremely grateful to have landed a really great job that I’m genuinely excited about. Thank you so much, Rowan, for your help and guidance throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! ❤️

5 out of 5 starsI ordered the weather shield for our wedding day and we could not have had more perfect weather. The forecast leading up to the day showed clouds and some showers. It rained the night before and when we woke up it was clear blue skies and zero humidity, which never happens in August. That night the moon was so bright it almost looked like daytime. By Sunday morning the clouds had rolled back in and it was overcast. Everyone at our wedding commented on how unseasonably perfect the weather was. I can’t recommend Rowan enough!

1. What does Moonchant sell?
Moonchant offers personalized physical keepsakes and a smaller selection of digital spiritual guidance. Every listing states whether it is a physical or digital item and explains exactly what is included.
2. Which orders are shipped physically?
Only listings marked as a physical item are shipped. Their processing time and delivery estimate appear on the listing and at checkout. Digital offerings are delivered through Etsy Messages and are not mailed.
3. How do I personalize a physical item?
Follow the personalization instructions on the listing and check every detail before ordering, including spelling, date, coordinates, size, garment color and thread choice. Message Rowan immediately if a correction is needed; production may begin quickly.
4. Will I receive a design proof?
A proof is provided only when the individual listing offers one or when it is included in the selected option. If a proof is included, production pauses until approval. Please reply promptly so the stated processing time can be maintained.
5. How long do physical orders take?
Most made-to-order apparel is prepared in 3–5 business days after any required proof approval. The delivery estimate shown by Etsy at checkout is the controlling estimate. Carrier delays can occur after dispatch.
6. Can personalized physical items be returned or exchanged?
Because personalized items are made from buyer-supplied details, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for spelling, date, coordinate, color or size choices entered by the buyer. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order, contact Rowan with clear photos so it can be reviewed.
7. What is delivered for a spiritual offering?
The exact digital deliverables and timing are stated in each eligible listing and delivered through Etsy Messages. Physical merchandise is not included unless the listing is explicitly marked as a physical item.
8. Are spiritual outcomes guaranteed?
No specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed. Moonchant provides only the service and deliverables described in the listing.
