Hi Brian, I’m sorry you had trouble accessing your files. This is a known Etsy glitch that can happen with guest or Apple sign-in purchases, where the download email sometimes doesn’t come through. I reached out immediately after your review with a direct download link and offered a free bonus chart. If you’d sent me a message about the issue, I would’ve helped right away.
