All customized orders placed will be filled within 1 to 2 business days and emailed to the email address you have provided on Etsy. Business days are Monday to Friday. I do occasionally send files quicker then this though and if you need something faster please just check with me first and I would be happy to confirm if I can fill your order and send it faster prior to placing your order. If you need your order sent to another email address please leave this information in the notes to seller when placing your order. For items that do not require customization they will be available for download once payment is confirmed.

Please refer to the listing description to see what information I may need from you in order to complete your order quickly and get it to you. This information may be left to me in the notes to seller at the time the order is being placed.

Please provide one photo for your invitation at the time you place your order. You can send this to me by attaching it right in an Etsy conversation. Please make sure your photo is a high resolution photo for best results and has not been cropped.

You can print at home or at a printing center near you. I suggest printing invitations and party packages on photo paper or premium heavy weight card stock paper. Printed colors may vary with printer settings, different computer monitors, different printers and different types of paper and ink. If you do not like the colors when printed no changes will be made once the order has already been placed and filled. Please ask for a color sample to test print prior to ordering.

No unfortunately at this time Print Cut Studio does not offer a printing service and no physical items will be shipped. Your digital files will be emailed to you in either a JPEG or PDF file format and you can save your files to take to your local print shop for printing or print right from home on your own printer. Invitations can be sent to you in either JPEG or PDF file format via email and party sets will only be sent in PDF format due to the size of the files.

If you have ordered an item that is sent to you as a JPEG you can open this exactly the same way you would open and view any picture on your computer.
To open a PDF file you will need ADOBE reader to open a PDF.

I do not send proofs. Once your order is completed you will be sent your actual files that will be ready for print. Please look them over and notify me of any changes that need to be made within 14 days.

Due to the nature of digital files there will be no refunds once the order has been placed. Work on your order begins as soon as it comes in. Orders can not be cancelled once I have started working on it.

Instant downloads can also not be refunded or cancelled once the order has been placed since you will receive the files as soon as your order is placed and your payment clears.

If you have any questions, concerns or problems with your order please contact me right away to discuss them and I will be only to happy to answer any questions or work with you to correct any problem.

I will keep your file for 14 days after it has been sent. I will make one revision free of charge if for example the party venue changed or maybe the date or time needs to be changed on an invitation. There will be a 5.00 fee per revision after the first free revision has been used.

Any revision required in relation to any error I made will be completed promptly and at no cost to you.

Revisions can not be made to ages and names in party decoration packages once the package has already been customized and sent to your email address. The package would need to be re ordered for another name or age.
