USPS lost my package for a while and Alexa worked with me to get it all sorted out. I was very appreciative that she was willing to help me figure out what was up with the delivery process. Luckily, they were able to find the package and the pieces arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to use them on my wedding day!

These glasses turned out great!! I got them as a gift for my brother's 21st birthday and he loves them! And Alexa is so amazing! One of the glasses was broken when I received the package and she replaced it very quickly and with NO extra charge! She made it so easy and was very apologetic.
