Is this software safe to install?

Yes, absolutely. We are transparent developers. All our tools are 100% offline, meaning your data never leaves your computer. We also scan every release with VirusTotal to ensure zero threats. If Windows shows a "Protected your PC" warning, it is simply because we are an independent shop, not a massive corporation. It is safe to proceed.

Does this work on Mac?

No. Currently, our software is designed strictly for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Please do not purchase if you are on a Mac, as the .exe file will not run. (Mac versions are coming soon!)

Do I need a subscription?

Never. This is a "Business in a Box" purchase. You pay once, and you own the software version forever. There are no hidden monthly fees or API costs.

Can I use this for my business?

Yes! You have a Commercial License to use this tool for your own business as much as you want. You can process unlimited images for your Etsy shop. (However, you cannot resell or share the software file itself).

What if I need help installing it?

I am here to help! If you get stuck, just message me directly on Etsy. I usually reply within a few hours and can walk you through the setup personally.
