1 out of 5 starsApparently, this is just a general introduction to the most random and surface-level OCD behaviors... and its main point is to just advertise other OCD resources to you. It desperately needs to be proof-read by an editor. Anyone that is even remotely-fluent in English can see how drastic and often the grammatical errors are. And besides the run-on sentences/lack of punctuation, it has a whole section about ADHD for some reason. :) (Like, maybe touch on that, that's fine. But why randomly include such a large section about that... when you could instead, address the disorder that you said the document would be about.) Simply put, I could have found better content (for free, mind you) by Googling "OCD".
