About Our Molds:
Our meticulously designed two-part molds, created using CAD technology, feature a unique key mechanism that ensures impeccable alignment of the profile and stem. This innovative design minimizes material wastage during post-processing and securely holds the key in place until it's ready to be released, allowing for multiple casts on a single stem.
Post Processing and Quality Assurance (Q/A):
Each key undergoes a thorough quality check. After carefully removing it from the silicone mold, we inspect it for any imperfections, such as bubbles or curing issues. Following this initial inspection, our keys go through a meticulous sanding process to eliminate any flaws, especially around the resin vents. We then place them on a 3D-printed stem checker to guarantee a perfect stem fit and alignment. Thanks to our molds, very few keys are rejected at this stage. However, this comprehensive process serves as a critical final check to ensure that each key you receive complements the others flawlessly.
Shipping:
Your keys will be shipped in an attractive laser-engraved cardboard box adorned with our logo. Inside, you'll discover a specially designed cardboard key holder that ensures the keys remain secure during shipping, all enclosed within a protective bubble mailer. Prior to shipping, each key undergoes one final quick buff and inspection to ensure it's in prime condition. They are then entrusted to a courier for safe delivery to your doorstep.
Returns:
While we don't offer returns or refunds, we take great pride in upholding the highest standards for our keys. In the unlikely event of damage or an error, we will promptly replace the key with minimal questions asked. Please keep in mind, especially with our non-mixed "Petri" style colored keys, that the unique outcome of each key is part of what makes them special. Every key receives the same amount of color, but the final result is left to chance, making your key 100% custom and one-of-a-kind.
