1 de 5 estrelasMinha ordem era para chegar em 24 de agosto e ainda estou esperando por ela. Enviei cerca de 6 e-mails tentando chegar ao vendedor para descobrir onde está minha bolsa... nenhuma comunicação! Estou preocupado que não receberei um reembolso porque já passou dos 14 dias. Agora ela tem o meu dinheiro e eu não tenho nada .-( Eu gostaria de poder dar zero estrelas. Ou que alguém em etsy ajudaria quando os vendedores abandonam suas ordens.

Terribly sorry for the miscommunication. I hadn't received any email notifications due to an incorrect/ old email linked to my new etsy shop. The initial address I was given was a U.K. Address and zip code And I wasn't informed before shipping that it was incorrect. Unfortunately, this package went to the initial address I was given and i will not be able to recover merchandise. I will absolutely issue a refund including your cost for shipping. This is so unfortunate to hear because this was a phenomenal bag and I am sad it had not made it to its rightful owner. This is the first time I have ever had a discrepancy with shipping and item, and I am sincerely sorry for the mishap!
