For UK customers;
Immediate payment by PayPal is the fastest, simplest payment method, but I am happy to accept cheques or postal orders. If you are paying by cheque or postal order please email me first to reserve the item(s) you wish to buy. Items will be reserved for 5 days. Customers paying by cheque will need to wait for cheque clearance before the item(s) can be posted. This can take up to 10 days.
For international customers;
Immediate payment by PayPal only.
Goods will be sent to the address linked to your PayPal or Etsy account .


The quicker the payment, the quicker you'll receive your parcel!
However, if payment is not received OR you do not contact me within 3 days the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be put back on sale.

I like to get parcels posted quickly, generally within 24 hours of received payment (excluding Bank Holidays and week-ends).I will send you an email to confirm that your parcel has been sent

I will always combine postage charges for multiple purchases made at the same time.
More often than not, this will work out cheaper.Please contact me if you would like a quote .
I do not add silly amounts for packing charges and try to calculate postage costs accurately. If I ever make a mistake and overcharge for postage, I will refund the difference immediately.
UK CUSTOMERS
Postage quoted is for standard delivery. If you would like your parcel sent by recorded delivery, please contact me BEFORE purchase and I will change the delivery cost which will incur an extra charge on top of the standard postage rates
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS;
Shipping price quoted is for standard Airmail delivery and does NOT include tracking but does include insurance.
If you would like your package tracked,please contact me BEFORE purchase and I will upgrade your shipping to International Signed For, this will incur an extra charge on top of normal Airmail rates.
An accurate customs form will be attached to all non EU parcels.Any import fees etc will be the buyer's responsibility.( generally this is only the case with high priced items but check with your domestic mail service in case of any doubt)
Lost Parcels;
It seldom happens but if it does;
Should a parcel be lost in the post I will open a missing parcels investigation with Royal Mail. A parcel should not be considered lost until 25 days from the estimated delivery date The process can take several weeks, but once the parcel is confirmed as lost, a refund will be issued.

The vintage clothing and collectibles I sell are not new items, there may some slight flaw which I will do my best to describe and photograph. I hope I don't miss out any useful information in my descriptions, but if I do, please let me know.
Vintage sizes tend to be different to modern sizes so please check the measurements given against a similar garment laid flat.
