I'm very excited about customized orders! Feel free to contact me so that we can best serve your needs. I can customize your products in terms of size, decoration and pattern. Customized orders will take longer to produce than standard products, and the price will be calculated separately for each order.

When Is My Sign Prepared?

Once full payment of your order has been received, the production process usually takes 3-5 business days. It may take 3-5 days for the sign to be shipped, in total it will take 6-10 business days for your product to reach you.

What should I do in case of a problematic product?

After receiving your sign, open it immediately and check it. When any problems are reported within 7 days of delivery, you can contact them via Etsy. We will assess your situation and send you a free spare part.

How Is My Sign Packed?

Your sign is shipped in a specially designed wooden case to prevent damage. The case is equipped with an internal sponge coating that protects the product from impacts and vibration.

How do I install the signage?

QR code will be presented with your signage. This QR code provides a link with a video that walks you through the assembly process step by step.

ATTENTION

NOTE: Assembly can be carried out by a professional as well as by the customer. However, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during installation. Appropriate screws and anchors should be used in the wall mounting of the signage; Attention should be paid to the assembly instructions.
