5 out of 5 starsThis saddle pad turned out beautifully. Only minus one star for customer service as I asked a few questions about seeing fabric/thread colors with the saddle pad and that didn't happen. But I'm happy with the choice I made and my daughter loves it.

Will my saddle pad design be the same size as the listing photos?
Maybe. I try to maximize the size of each design given the space. However orders with longer names may have to be scaled down to fit the area. Designs can not be longer than 7 inches in length. Designs longer than this will be hidden under the saddle and won't look good. If you have any concerns about the size of your design please message me.
How do I wash my saddle pad?
I have found the best method for preserving the batting inside saddle pads is to hand wash or machine wash on gentle with a mild detergent. Then hang your pad in a warm well ventilated area to dry.
Where do I make my customization selections?
Once you place your item in your shopping cart there will be a "Notes to Seller" box available at check out. This is where you can type your thread color, fabric color, font, and other custom choices. Let me know what you want and i'll make it!
