Three Generations. One Craft. Made With Love.
Every toy tells a story. Ours began with a grandmother's hands.
When I was a little girl growing up in Ukraine, my grandmother
sat by the window with her yarn and crochet hook, and made me
a small stuffed bear. It wasn't from a store. It wasn't wrapped
in fancy paper. It was just a simple, soft, handmade bear — and
it became the most important thing I owned.
That bear went everywhere with me. It sat next to me at breakfast.
It traveled in my little backpack. It slept beside my pillow
every single night. Years later, long after the yarn had softened
and the stitches had loosened, I still remembered exactly how it
felt to hold something made just for me, by someone who loved me.
That memory is where Tiny Loop Studio began.
My grandmother taught my mother to crochet. My mother taught me.
Three generations of women in my family have passed down this
craft — not just the technique, but the meaning behind it.
The idea that you can take a simple ball of yarn and turn it
into something a child will carry with them for years.
Today I use my background as a professional graphic designer
to create clear, detailed crochet patterns that anyone can follow.
Each PDF pattern is designed with love and care, with step-by-step
instructions and photos to guide you from the first stitch
to the final assembly.
I created Tiny Loop Studio because I believe every child
deserves to have something made just for them. Something soft.
Something that carries the warmth of the person who made it.
Whether you are a grandmother making a gift for a grandchild,
a mother crocheting during nap time, or a beginner picking up
a hook for the very first time — these patterns are for you.
Welcome to our little studio. I hope you find something here
that brings you the same joy my grandmother's bear brought me.
With love and yarn,
Olga
