Deliveries are made through Royal Mail (1st class). Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days in the UK and 5-12 days outside the UK.
Please make sure to order at the soonest possible date, to guarantee a quick and easy delivery. Delays in delivery may be occurred during holidays, such as Bank Holidays, Religious Holidays (Christmas, Easter) and New Year.

Once I receive your order and personalisation request I will get to work and send you a proof within 2 working days of receiving your email. You will receive a low resolution, watermarked PDF of your item; this will allow you to check everything is how you expected.
Please let me know if you are happy with the item or if you need me to make some small changes. Once I know you are happy with your order I will work hard to print, package and send it on its way to you!
*Please note that beyond the first proof only minor changes can be made.
