This review doesn’t accurately reflect the product or the support provided. The item is an HTML email signature to be used with email platforms that support HTML. The code was instead being used in platform that didn’t support HTML. This is a platform limitation rather than an issue with the product, which is outlined in the product description & guide. We replied within just over an hour on a Saturday and shared the HTML code, step-by-step guidance, & video walkthroughs directly in the chat. The mention of business hours only came later, after concerns were raised about response time. In private messages, the buyer also acknowledged that they may have overreacted. We did everything reasonably possible to help and stand by both the product & the support provided.
